ABOUT
MYLA began singing at the age of four, quickly finding her place on stage through performing arts groups like God’s Country Kids and Mpowered. By seven, she discovered a love for yodeling while performing with The Buckaroos in the Fort Worth Stockyards, where Devon Dawson and Janet McBride helped shape her skills and deep connection to classic country music. During that time, MYLA wrote and performed an original song for Pam Minick, part owner of Billy Bob’s Texas an early milestone that helped define her artistic voice and songwriting skills. In 2024, she formed MYLA & The Crew, and the band has since been playing shows across Texas, delivering a sound rooted in tradition, grit, and that unmistakable Texas honky tonk soul. MYLA & The Crew are currently in the studio recording new music. Stay tuned for upcoming releases!
